When will my Plot(s) be allocated to me?
Immediately after 100% payment for the Land and Deed of Assignment.
You can start building after fulfillment of (10) above and fulfilling relevant regulatory obligations in line with relevant government
agencies and approval obtained
Can I resell my plot(s)? ESTATE & RESORT a full-service estate or self- service estate?
Yes, if you have fully paid have been allocated. A subscriber can resell his/her plot; the
new buyer shall inherit all the assets and liabilities on the plot(s)
RETWELLS GLOBAL TRADES & SERVICES LIMITED would require the seller to furnish the
company with details of the new owner(s) for proper profiling and administration. T/C apply.
If I cannot continue with my payment plan, can I get a refund?
Yes. You will be refunded money paid so far less 35% administrative/overhead charges.
Adequate notice/time shall be given to the company notifying for processing and or
consideration. However, refund shall only be implemented when your slot is sold out to a new subscriber.
Can I pay cash to your sales consultants?
NO! All payments for PEACEVILLE ESTATE & RESORT should be made to RETWELLS GLOBAL
drainage system, surveillance systems.
